I apologise about the system being partially down at the moment. I've been working on it for several hours, and the user transition isn't going as smoothly as hoped. Rest assured that your data is safe if it was before the system went down though, and it'll be back with even higher performance shortly.

Please don't re-sign up if you can't access your files - we'll get it all up again soon. This should be the last bit of downtime before we go fully live with the new kit, and we apologise for the downtime we've encountered - we've had to do some massive expansion to cope with the influx of users, and it's been a bumpy ride, but it's all down to you guys spreading the word about us - so thank you! In future when we need to expand, it'll be a much less bumpy ride, as we've got the code in there now to add servers as and when we need to.

Thanks again for being patient with us - we're doing our best to get the service fully operational again, and we should have a much better, bigger Snapdrive when we're done!

Myself or Snap will post on here as soon as the newly rebuilt server goes online!
